It was a snowy night...

when a 7ft drift blew into mom and dad's back driveway. Thank goodness for wonderful neighbors down the street. A large piece of equipment stopped by and asked if we needed some help. Yes, Sir - we do! Dad taught me how to run the snow blowers. Pat and I don't have one, but someday we would like one. Shoveling when we got home took quite some time. The city didn't use the gates when they bladed our street. This means we had quite the pile for the two little shovels we have. It was a good team effort though! Bismarck has a city rule that they must use the gates unless of an emergency. I guess this past snow storm was considered an emergency.

Snow is good for snowmobiling. Jessica, Shelby, Brock, and Kathryn has some fun with that! The Wassinks arrived on Sunday. It was so fun to see them .It's not often enough, so we sure appreciate our time with them.
