Direct Affect

I've learned that the weather directly affects how often I update the blog. :) Nice weather, means less posting. We've been enjoying lots of grilling. We made our first beer can chicken! Yesterday after work, I drove out to the boat ramp and Pat picked me up. We had a nice, relaxing three hours on the river. No fish, just great company.



Today Pat fished with Scotty and Jeremy for 10 hours! Don't even ask, because my lips are sealed. Pat had the "fishing secret" talk with me. There are strict rules to this stuff! I've probably already said too much, so on to the next topic.

Tonight we looked at a house for Cara and Greg. It was really nice. It's just so hard to shop for someone else. We have a pretty good idea of what they like. We're keeping our eyes and ears open for them. We sure hope everything falls into place. Of course it will, but we want it to fall into place NOW. Have I ever mention, patience isn't my strong point.
