When is the due date?

April 1st. I was a little demanding (not me!). I told Patrick I wanted a diamond baby (that’s my birthstone), but I didn’t want to be the pregnant bridesmaid in Gina and Miles wedding in May. Patrick almost always keeps me and my schedules happy, now if the baby can learn from Patrick! : ) One can only hope!

How did you tell Patrick the news?

Patrick must get it from his mom, but he loves to enter any and every contest….especially the ones at the grocery store.

Jen: I picked some stuff up for dinner and they told me you were a final contestant in the drawing. You just have to put this puzzle together and see what you one.

Patrick: Ohhhh….Maybe it’s the TV!

Jen: Well, you must have won something, because they don’t give puzzles out to everyone.

How did you tell the parents?

It was a fleischkuechle feed at the Swanson household. After dinner, we had a Ms. Prindable caramel apples (in honor of our wedding anniversary) and coffee. The coffee was delivered by Pat and I to our parents. The mugs were personalized: “Grandma Nancy”, “Grandpa Bill”, “Grandma Kitty”, and “Grandpa Bryan”. Our hint was well received as hugs and smiles were exchanged.

Kathryn made us a yummy cake us and a shirt for me. What a sweetie!
