May 8th...She said yes!

On May 8th there was a special event at Chase on the Lake....Alissa and James were engaged on the dock. What an awesome proposal! They had a couples massage in the morning, followed by proposal, then dinner. When they arrived back at their room, there were chocolate-dipped strawberries. (I got to know the Chase events coordinator fairly well during wedding plans, so we were able to work something special out)

Alissa and James, we couldn't be happier for you. Most of you probably remember this cute couple from the wedding. Alissa was my personal EVERYTHING that day! She's a hard worker with a huge heart. She was behind the scenes keeping everyone calm, happy, and making sure everything went as planned. She's amazing, along with her fiance. She worked her little buns off and never expected praise or the spotlight. That's her truly amazing character. Alissa, I can't thank you enough for what you did for us on our wedding day. Without you, it would have been hectic. Love you, girl. Congrats James and Alissa!
