Yesterday her softball team took 1st place at the ND state fair tournament. A sincere thank you goes out to Dennis and Lee for the hospitality of Kathryn and a teammate during the tournament. I wish I would have been there. Someone told me that Kathryn had the best catch of her career! It was a run, jump, twist catch out in the outfield. She then threw it in and got the runner out on 2nd to end the game. She got all the hand-eye coordination! Congrats Champion!
We celebrated Kathryn's birthday and victory with a terrific meal surrounded by family. What a beatiful night!
(PS. Thanks Lacy for working at the pizza place for a few hours so Bryan and Kitty could attend the festivities! We appreicate it. It was so nice to have them there.)
